2. Include the following information on the page – the author's name (you), the name of the subject to which the paper will be submitted, the professor's name, and the due date. Each of this information should be typed in separate lines and must be centered at the bottom of the page. Remember not to indicate the titles or specific degrees of the persons listed.
3. On the upper right hand, type a short version of the paper's title. Three to five words are enough for shortened titles. Make sure that this is aligned or flushed to the right margin.
4. Observe double spacing from the cover page and all throughout the paper.
